Return and Refund Policy

 Apollyon Marine Performance Customer Satisfaction Limited Warranty (Professional Installer): Apollyon Marine Performance (“A.M.P.”) warrants its products to the Original Purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year (the “Warranty”). If an A.M.P. product fails to comply with the Warranty, A.M.P. will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The Warranty is subject to the additional terms, conditions and limitations set forth below.
All warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the following procedure and are subject to prior authorization: In order to process all claims quickly and efficiently, the following must be shipped directly to A.M.P.  via a traceable and insurable method (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Registered U.S. Mail, etc.):1. The allegedly defective product and any related damaged parts. 2. The original work order or receipt detailing the initial installation of the allegedly defective product.Failure to provide required documentation and information may void all or part of the Warranty coverage.

Limitations: The express warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. A.M.P. does not warrant against, and the Warranty shall be void with respect to, damages or defects arising out of any of the following:    · Improper or abnormal use or handling of A.M.P.’s products;· Installation or use of an A.M.P. product in a manner that is inconsistent with A.M.P.’s application information, guidelines, instructions and/or specifications;· Defects in products or components not manufactured by A.M.P.;· Non- A.M.P.made products or components;· A.M.P.products transferred from a vessel on which they were originally installed;· A.M.P.products transferred from the engine on which they were originally installed;· Failure to maintain A.M.P. products in accordance with A.M.P.’s application information, guidelines, instructions and/or specifications;· Ordinary wear and tear resulting from the operation and/or use of the A.M.P.product.
This warranty also does not apply to products which have been altered or upon which repairs have been affected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by A.M.P..
THIS STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANY IS NOT A STATEMENT OF THE USEFUL LIFE OF ANY APOLLYON MARINE PERFORMANCEPRODUCT. WHEN APOLLYON MARINE PERFORMANCEWARRANTS ITS PRODUCTS FOR THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE PRODUCT, THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL LAST FOREVER OR FOR THE LIFE OF THE VESSEL. THE LENGTH OF THE USEFUL LIFE OF APOLLYON MARINE PERFORMANCE’S PRODUCTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF PRODUCT, AS SPECIFIED IN APOLLYON MARINE PERFORMANCE’S APPLICATION INFORMATION, GUIDELINES, INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EACH PARTICULAR PRODUCT. PLEASE REFER TO THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH YOUR APOLLYON MARINE PERFORMANCEPRODUCT IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE USEFUL LIFE OF THAT PRODUCT.
The sole and exclusive obligation of A.M.P. shall be to repair or replace the defective products in the manner set forth above. A.M.P. shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Warranty or otherwise, shall A.M.P. be liable for any special, punitive or consequential damages. A.M.P.’s employees or representatives’ oral or other written statements do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by customer, and are not a part of the warranty stated herein. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
